All products remain the property of The Source Real Food Store until fully paid for. Delivery will be made after payment is received in full.

All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. If we are unable to fill your order immediately we will advise you right away. You can then decide whether to wait for 'out-of-stock' items or to proceed with a partial order.

Please note that due to the seasonal nature in the supply of some organic products, it may take up to21 days for your order to be processed. Orders from within Western Australia should be delivered within 5 working days of ordering if products are currently in stock. A delay can also occur if you order many different types of products in the one order, some of which may or may not be in stock.

The website automatically calculates delivery costs based on the above system and tells you the total freight charge at the checkout after you enter your delivery address, but before you enter payment information.

We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products to you, except we shall provide you with a refund or replacement if there are any defects. All warranties and representations are otherwise excluded to the extent allowed by law.

These terms and conditions shall be construed according to, and governed by the laws of Western Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia in respect of these terms and
conditions.
