The Source actively promotes regional great southern products, organics and international cuisine through a program of cooking classes conducted the source kitchen in Denmark.
Each month we have a guest chef who will conduct classes for a maximum of 10 people . Each class will run for 3 hours and will include tastings, a glass of Great Southern wine and recipe sheets.

- July 17 th Thursday at 6pm Jill Hayman (ex Bibbulmun Foods ) presents
Catering for 4 or 40 Finger food and entertaining ideas (with an Asian twist)
$65 includes tastings, recipes and notes and a yummy Urban Thirst Cocktail
